Prior to joining Zyter|TruCare, Kelsi held senior leadership roles at Health Care Service Corporation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, where she led cross-functional teams spanning care management, accreditation, payment integrity, and plan operations. Known for aligning teams around purpose and execution, Kelsi specializes in integrating strategy with outcomes to enhance the customer experience and elevate organizational performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in healthcare management from Western Governors University.
