Todd Riemensnyder

Todd Riemensnyder is Vice President of Client Success at Zyter, where he leads the Client Success organization and partners with healthcare organizations to maximize value, drive successful outcomes, and build long-term strategic relationships. He oversees the customer experience from implementation through ongoing account management, helping clients optimize operations and deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.

With more than 17 years at Zyter, Todd has held leadership roles across Client Success, Account Management, Implementation Services, and Product Management. Today, he leads the combined Account Management and Program Management teams, supporting more than 50 health plans and over 40 million covered lives while ensuring customers achieve their objectives through effective use of Zyter's solutions and services.

Before joining Zyter, Todd was a Senior Consultant at eHealthPartners, where he helped develop implementation methodologies for care management applications. Earlier in his career, he served as a Business Analyst at TriZetto Healthcare Products, supporting large-scale care management software implementations for healthcare organizations.

Todd holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and E-Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics, from The Pennsylvania State University.
