Zyter|TruCare’s 2025 Consumer Trust in AI Survey asked 600 insured adults across the United States how they view the role of AI in their healthcare. The findings reveal that consumers are ready for AI, but only when it accelerates care, communicates clearly, and keeps clinicians involved.

  • 45% say AI adds value when it speeds up authorizations and reduces care delays
  • 66% want to be clearly notified when AI is used in their care
  • Two-thirds agree that oversight and communication are essential for confidence
