Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, engineering, automation, security, and operations of enterprise cloud platforms across AWS and Azure. This role will drive cloud modernization, DevSecOps transformation, platform reliability, and AI-powered infrastructure operations supporting healthcare, federal, SaaS, and AI-driven products. 

The ideal candidate combines deep cloud engineering expertise with modern automation and AI capabilities, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate infrastructure provisioning, environment management, security operations, incident response, and platform maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities 

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering 

  • Lead design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments across AWS and Azure. 
  • Establish cloud architecture standards, governance, and operational best practices. 
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), platform automation, and cloud-native architectures. 
  • Manage Kubernetes, container platforms, networking, storage, compute, and cloud security services. 

DevSecOps & Automation 

  • Build and mature CI/CD and DevSecOps capabilities using modern engineering practices. 
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or equivalent technologies. 
  • Integrate security scanning, policy-as-code, secrets management, and compliance automation into delivery pipelines. 
  • Enable self-service environment provisioning and deployment automation. 

AI-Powered Infrastructure Operations 

  • Leverage AI technologies to automate infrastructure provisioning, environment builds, deployment validation, operational monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis. 
  • Implement AIOps solutions for predictive monitoring, alert correlation, capacity planning, automated remediation, and operational efficiency. 
  • Utilize AI platforms and copilots to improve engineering productivity, infrastructure management, and security operations. 

Reliability, Security & Compliance 

  • Establish Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLAs, SLOs, monitoring, observability, disaster recovery, and resiliency engineering. 
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and federal security standards including HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST, SOC2, and enterprise security requirements. 
  • Lead vulnerability management, cloud security posture management, identity governance, and operational security initiatives. 

Leadership & Operations 

  • Lead infrastructure teams and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Compliance organizations. 
  • Drive cloud cost optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Establish standards, runbooks, automation frameworks, and operational governance across all environments. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 5+ years of infrastructure engineering and cloud operations experience. 
  • 5+ years leading enterprise cloud platforms and infrastructure teams. 
  • Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud automation. 
  • Experience managing large-scale production environments with high availability and security requirements. 
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, identity management, disaster recovery, and platform operations. 

Preferred 

  • Experience supporting healthcare, federal, or highly regulated environments. 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered DevOps, AIOps, infrastructure automation, and engineering copilots. 
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Landing Zones, GitOps, platform engineering, and FinOps practices. 
  • Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, Security, or DevOps disciplines.
